Where’s my order?

To get an idea of when you can expect your order, sign in to your Juuni account and click on the MY ORDERS section. You’ll be able to check the order’s status from here and track it in the post.

When will my next Juuni box arrive?

To see when your next box is due to arrive, sign in to your Juuni account and click on the MY SUBSCRIPTION section. From here, you’ll also be able to delay your next send by a month (if you’re heading away for the hols) or change your delivery frequency.

Help! I’ve entered the wrong shipping address!

And… exhale. It’s easily fixed. Send an email to our customer support team at [email protected] and we’ll update your delivery deets, pronto.

Can I order over the phone?

Our system is set up to take orders solely through our website, which means we’re not able to take orders over the phone. If you don’t have regular access to the internet (in which case: you’re conjuring some powerful magic to be reading this), the odd spontaneous casserole or offer to babysit could work wonders in getting your neighbours to be generous with their WiFi passwords ;)

I didn’t receive an order confirmation - how can I check if my order was placed successfully?

Spam, spamalot, spam-a-lam. Most spam folders are known for their insatiable appetites, so make sure you add [email protected] to your contact list. That way, your order confirmations will come to your inbox as the retail gods intended.

How long does delivery take?

We’re based in Sydney, so depending on where you live in this great southern land, your Juuni box should take between 2-5 days to arrive (or a full week if you’re a country gal).

Do you ship internationally?

Nope, we only ship to Australia.

How much does delivery cost?

Nada. When you purchase a Juuni subscription, you’ll be shown the best send frequency that gets you free shipping (happy days). You can, however, choose to have your Juuni box sent monthly, in which case shipping will added.

Where do you ship from?

Sydney, Australia, city of gorgeous beaches and cold-pressed juices.

Can I return my Juuni products?

If you’re not loving your Juuni prods, no probs. Keep them for emergencies, throw them in the recycling bin or give them to a mate – there’s no need to send them back to us. You can then cancel your subscription by signing in to your Juuni account and clicking on the MY SUBSCRIPTION section. If you cancel during your free trial period, you’ll be charged for the first box*.

What if my order arrived damaged?

Unacceptable! The box was obviously too irresistible not to shake. If you could take a pic on your mobile showing the damage and send it to our customer support team at [email protected] we’ll get onto a replacement box right away.

Do you offer refunds?

If you’re not happy with your Juuni prods, you can cancel your subscription anytime by signing in to your Juuni account and clicking on the MY SUBSCRIPTION section (if you cancel during your free trial period, you’ll be charged for the first box*). If your box arrived damaged, get in touch with our customer support team at [email protected] and we’ll get onto a replacement box right away.

How does Juuni work?

Your Juuni box is fun, fully customisable and designed to make sure you have exactly what you need, when you need it – with free shipping and your first box free*!

  1. Head to our BUILD MY BOX page and tell us what you need each cycle. Choose from mini, regular or super tampons, regular or super pads and panty liners.
  2. Get your first box free*! After that, we’ll select the best send frequency that gets you free shipping.
  3. Click through to checkout and enter your delivery details. Our boxes can be shipped to a PO Box or street address.
  4. Your Juuni box will be delivered, with free shipping and packed with cute postcards and free gifts. Prepare for PMS (Peak Mail Satisfaction!).
How can I update my subscription box?

Need to tweak or put the brakes on your subscription? Sign in to your Juuni account and click on the MY SUBSCRIPTION section. From here, you’ll be able to update the products in your box, delay your next send by a month (if you’re heading away for the hols), change your delivery frequency, or cancel your subscription. If you cancel during your free trial period, you’ll be charged for the first box*.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

“Can I borrow a tampon?” is the one thing a gal never wants to ask. Luckily, your Juuni subscription will renew automatically, according to the delivery frequency you selected.

Can I pause my subscription?

Heading to Coachella with your squad? You can delay your next Juuni box by a month, by signing in to your account and clicking on the MY SUBSCRIPTION section.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Need to quietly dump us? No dramas. Sign in to your Juuni account and click on the MY SUBSCRIPTION section. From here, you’ll be able to cancel your subscription. If you cancel during your free trial period, you’ll be charged for the first box*.

What if I don’t need a whole box of tampons with every cycle?

Our organic tampons, pads and liners come in smaller packs, so you can mix and match to suit your flow. Genius, really…

How do I unsubscribe from FE-MAIL?

It’s easy to unsubscribe at any time. Simply scroll to the bottom of one of our FE-MAIL newsletters and click on the unsubscribe link. *Wipes away tear and eyes up an entire tub of chocolate ice cream*

What is TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome)?

TSS is a rare but serious disease that may cause death. It is caused by a toxin (a kind of biological poison) which is produced by a type of bacteria (Staphylococcus Aureus). The early symptoms of TSS may begin suddenly and are similar to the flu. If you have one or more of the following symptoms during your period or soon after, remove your tampon and see your doctor immediately:

  • Feeling very ill, headache, muscular pains
  • High fever and chills
  • Vomiting, diarrhoea or both
  • Fainting, dizziness, weakness, confusion
  • Sunburn-like rash
