Can I return my Juuni products?
If you’re not loving your Juuni prods, no probs. Keep them for emergencies, throw them in the recycling bin or give them to a mate – there’s no need to send them back to us. You can then cancel your subscription by signing in to your Juuni account and clicking on the MY SUBSCRIPTION section. If you cancel during your free trial period, you’ll be charged for the first box.
What if my order arrived damaged?
Unacceptable! The box was obviously too irresistible not to shake. If you could take a pic on your mobile showing the damage and send it to our customer support team at [email protected] we’ll get onto a replacement box right away.
Do you offer refunds?
If you’re not happy with your Juuni prods, you can cancel your subscription anytime by signing in to your Juuni account and clicking on the MY SUBSCRIPTION section (if you cancel during your free trial period, you’ll be charged for the first box).
